This year, we will run Saturdays at both hills and run our traiditional morning (9am) and afternoon (1pm) sessions Registration will close the Monday prior to the event on Saturday and all lesson assignments and details will be emailed on Friday. This means that you will be assigned a start time and volunteer team ahead of time. Buddy tickets will still be available and buddys will still be allowed to join a lesson, but only if their skiing ability is equal to or greater than the participant with a disability.
ASC will be opening registration in waves this year. Each wave will open the 15th of the preceding month for all events the next month. This is an effort to give all interested participants and volunteers the opportunity to register for an event this winter. When a date is filled, further interested individuals will be instructed to email firstname.lastname@example.org asking to be placed on the waitlist for a particular date. ASC staff will monitor participation numbers and will fill any gaps from this list first. Additionally, individuals on the waitlist will be contacted 24 hours prior to the general public with an opportunity to register for the next wave of sessions.
Registration will close on Monday evening at 8:00pm prior to the event day for participants and volunteers. This allows time for staff to administer pre-screen calls, assign lessons, and communicate with all registered individuals.
