Vendor Registration
EVENT INFORMATION
EVENT LOCATION:
Adaptive Sports Connection, 6000 Harriott Drive, Powell, OH 43065
EVENT DATES* & HOURS:
Saturday, July 20, set up begins at 7:30 am, and the program concludes at 6:00 pm.
Sunday, July 21, set up begins at 7:30 am, and the program concludes at 1:00 pm.
All vendors must be set up and in their designated spot by 9:00 am.
*Vendors are not required to be present on both days.
TENTS & EQUIPMENT:
Please bring your own pop-up tent, table(s), chairs, and equipment. We recommend bringing something to weigh your tent down adequately in case of high wind. The vendor spots will be in a grassy area.
WATER & ELECTRICITY:
Vendors will have access to running water. No electricity available on-site, gas generators are not allowed, however, battery-powered power stations (Jackery or EchoFlow for example) are welcome.
LOAD-IN:
You will have access to drive your vehicle to your designated spot for unloading your setup from 7:30 am to 9:00 am.
PARKING:
Vendor parking is provided at a separate lot. We will provide additional information after registration.
SERVICE ANIMALS:
Service animals are always welcome!
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
All meals will be provided, and we encourage you to participate in the event activities.
