This game is played by amputee athletes on a 3/4 size pitch with seven players to a side. Field players use forearm crutches and may play the ball with only one leg. Keepers defend a 7'x16' goal and may only use one arm.
This is our bike evaluation clinic for adults. Adults with disabilities are evaluated for the perfect adaptive bike by physical and occupational therapists at Glacier Ridge Metro Park.

Veteran Cycling bike rides meeting on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month in Westerville! Ride pace and distance is varied based on abilities within the group, with some riders going up to 22 miles per event.

Adaptive mountain biking on widened trails, suitable for adaptive mountain bikes. ASC owns a variety of styles of mountain bike including both hand and foot propelled bikes.
A relaxing evening guided paddle on the Scioto River. All boats, life jackets, paddles, and adaptive fittings will be provided.
Help facilitate a kayaking outing for Goodwill Columbus. Volunteers will fit life jackets, provide basic paddling instruction and assist with on water safety and buddy paddling with adults with developmental disabilities.
